What I observed that I think could be harmful:
- college professors are mostly male
- middle school teachers are mostly female, more colored women
Why I think this could be harmful, and to whom:
this is potentially sexist
sending the message that girls cannot, or not expected to be college professor

more equally distributed % of man vs female
people of color vs white
