What I observed that I think could be harmful:
Photo for CEOs includes 8 male; while photo for Administrative Assistant includes 7 female! Also, all of these photos are white people.
Why I think this could be harmful, and to whom:
This is definitely stereotype. It creates an image that only male can become CEO. Also, all of the images include white people, there is no diversity.
How I think this issue could potentially be fixed:
It should create much more diverse images!
