What I observed that I think could be harmful:
This is an obvious one, but the depiction of nurses is typically female, whereas nurses of other genders do exist in reality.
Why I think this could be harmful, and to whom:
This is harmful because it promotes known gender stereotypes associated with the position, which makes it difficult, at times, for people of other genders to apply for such positions.
