The depiction of all flight attendants as women reinforces the stereotype that this is predominantly a female profession, reflecting gender-based role assignments and potentially overlooking the presence and contributions of male flight attendants. To more fairly represent gender diversity, it is important to use images that show both men and women serving as flight attendants. This would promote a more inclusive and balanced perception of the profession.
