What I observed that I think could be harmful:
All of the doctors are from current days and mostly male, while all of the nurses are from decades ago, all female
Why I think this could be harmful, and to whom:
This reinforces the gender stereotype of the medical industry.
How I think this issue could potentially be fixed:
Sharing a mix of different gender-presenting medical professionals for both doctors and nurses.
