What I observed that I think could be harmful:
All doctors are male, all nurses are female.
Why I think this could be harmful, and to whom:
This may enforce the stereotype that men cannot be nurses and vice versa. This may affect young, impressionable people who are making career choices.
How I think this issue could potentially be fixed:
More equal representation of clinical settings.
