There aren’t any women here!
Why I think this could be harmful, and to whom:
This reinforces harmful gender stereotypes. Men are expected to be physically strong and do manual labor. Women are expected to be physically weak and incapable of manual labor.
How I think this issue could potentially be fixed:
Generally just have more different and diverse people here.
Additionally, they mostly appear to be white in addition to being male.
