What I observed that I think could be harmful:
Teachers are regarded to be “female”; while engineers are regarded to be "male"
Why I think this could be harmful, and to whom:
It does not make sense to have different gender represent different occupation, it is some sort of stereotype
How I think this issue could potentially be fixed:
By having more equalized gender proportion
