What I observed that I think could be harmful:
A great tennis player shows only 3 female players; while a tennis player shows 5 female players. A great tennis player should have higher female ratio.
Why I think this could be harmful, and to whom:
This might imply that male are more likely to become great tennis player, which is clearly biased, especially for female players.
How I think this issue could potentially be fixed:
Having more equalized gender ratio
